To be a user of Plan to Profit a special 2-day accredited training program has been developed. This 2-day training has been tailored for farmers, consultants, farm management trainers and farm management researchers. The training program is:

Day-1: The student is introduced to the Plan to Profit program, and with the aid of farmer case study data, is made familiar with both important farm management concepts and the use of the program.

Homework is to be completed in between Day-1 and Day-2, where the student is to collect farmer data and enter this data into the Plan to Profit program. This is necessary to complete this effective training and learning program.

Day-2: Addresses the student's questions from the homework and by using their data, assesses major questions such as land and machinery purchase. Day-2 also introduces the student to the advanced features of the Plan to Profit program. At the end of Day-2, the student is then an accredited user of Plan to Profit.

On-going support is provided to accredited users by phone and email.
